New Vocaloid3 MAYU Announced

More Vocaloid3 is coming. And yes, her name is MAYU and she was recently announced by EXIT TUNES in one of their live events, "EXIT TUNES ACADEMY" a few days ago.

Her character design is done by Hidari. You feel familiar with her design? It's because Hidari already made some illustrations for EXIT TUNES albums and Hidari also provided character design for FRACTALE and Natsuiro Kiseki.

According to her appearance (and some tweets mentioning her) she will be a yandere girl (just look carefully, she's holding an axe back there). And her rabbit plushie also got a name, it's Usano Mimi.

She also has an official site here.

About her voice, a video had been uploaded during the live event but later deleted by the developer. Later, EXIT TUNES stated an apology that said that currently MAYU's voice is being developed and doesn't really exists. You can find a demo at YouTube though.

Please note that currently MAYU's voice bank is still being developed so her voice that you are hearing is not the end result.

Colored Protoype of Nendoroid Racing Miku 2012 Revelaed

After we saw the uncolored prototype of Nendoroid Racing Miku 2012, finally on the live broadcast just now, they revealed the colored one!

That's all I could grab from the live broadcast. Actually there was a picture of Miku holding her umbrella on her car but I didn't manage to grab it. Really sorry ;A;

By the way, her accessories are almost the same as the previous Racing Miku, an umbrella and a car.  From now, she comes with two expressions. I do hope that they will add another expression to this cute Miku!

Her pre-order is still available until 7th May 2012 at 22:00 (Japan Time). Pre-order can be made at Nico Nico Chokuhan and at Good Smile Company Online Shop ^^

Nendoroid Sakura Miku Announced by Mikatan

After giving a teaser on her Twitter, finally today, Mikatan announced about the official Nendoroid Sakura Miku. This Nendoroid also came from an illustration made by Puchi Devil, the same person who designed Nendoroid Snow Miku 2012. The original illustration looks like this:

Here's the pictures of the very cute Sakura Miku!

 Front view. CUTENESS OVERLOAD!

Back view. Look at those cherries!

Back view again. Look at the details. Nice!

Hair detail! The sakura print is so cute, right? And don't forget the beautiful gradient!

The cherries are so detailed too!

The sakura-shaped headphone!

According to Mikatan, the released date and price are still unknown. The parts (accessories) for this Nendoroid haven't been decided yet. The only thing that clear is this Nendoroid will be commercialized.

Well, since this Nendoroid has an epic cuteness, let's hope that this Miku will be a normal released instead of limited edition or a bundled one (and let's hope it won't be released in near future)!

Chinese Vocaloid Announced

After Japanese, Korean, English, and Spanish Vocaloid3, finally it's time to Chinese Vocaloid3. Her design comes from the winner of Vocaloid: China Contest.

Her not yet official name is Yayin Gongyu. She's 15 years old. Her name "Gongyu" (宫羽) is derived from ancient Chinese music notes (like do-re-mi nowadays) while "Yayin" (雅音) means elegant sound. Her voice provider is a female otaku named Shan Xin. There is a plan that she will ne redesigned by illustrator ideolo. She's scheduled to be released on 12th June 2012.

Website: Vocaloid China

Some personal comments from me, her design is cute although she doesn't look like 15. Maybe they should reduce her age to 12 or something. And her voice~~~ It's so cute and match her appearance. It sounds like Rin but she also has some Miku's air in it ^^

Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito 2nd Trailer

After a quite long time since it was first announced, finally another trailer for Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito is out. The trailer has been streamed by Bandai Namco Live TV online.

(I really wanna give you all the trailer video but unfortunately, the video hosted in YouTube has been removed due to copyrights problem. Personally, I really hate this truth. We need the trailer and oh come on, it's just the trailer. Leaving it on YouTube will be a good promotion, right? I'll update as soon as I've found a new one.)

The anime is scheduled to start airing on early summer. The cast for two main characters were also announced, Irino Miyu as Hyuuga Akito and Sakamoto Maaya as Reira Marukaru (Markale in official English spelling pending). The anime will be directed by Kazuki Akane. The scenario is written by Shigeru Morita. For the character design adaptation from CLAMP, it's done by Takahiro Kimura while the mecha design is done by Yasuda Akira. Kawaguchi Yoshitaka, the producer of Code Geass franchise already stated that Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito is not an independent anime but a part of Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch. Although the release time has been announced, it is still unknown whether this anime will be a TV series or an OAV.

Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito takes place in 2017 when Lelouch is gaining his alter-ego as Zero and starts building his "Black Knights" (around season one). The setting takes place in Europe where Euro Universe (UE) is being attacked by Britannia Empire. Not willing to be defeated, EU forms a special unit called "W-0" where a young pilot, Hyuuga Akito, becomes a member of. Reira Markale comes to EU's aid. She commands the "Wyvern" Knightmare corps which comprised of Japanese teenagers. For their freedom and a country to call home, both of them join the battlefield while knowing that they might not survive it.

The trailer still has so many characters to be announced. Most of it shows the battle scene and KMF. It looks interesting although somehow the trailer kinda reminds me of old-styled anime. The battle scene is quite good although it's not as a epic as what I have seen in Hangyaku no Lelouch and R2. But since this is still a trailer, the final result may be different ;)

And here's some new picture regarding the character and mecha design....

Nendoroid Snow Miku 2012 Revealed

Nendoroid Snow Miku 2012 showed in Nico Nico Broadcast

After holding a contest to design Nendoroid Snow Miku 2012 and found the winner, finally Good Smile Company has revealed the Nendoroid form in Nico Nico Live Broadcast. Among four designs that had been accepted by GSC, this design came as the winner.

From that design, here's the upcoming Nendoroid Snow Miku 2012! This design will be called Nendoroid Snow Miku Fluffy Coat Version (in Japanese Nendoroid Yuki Miku Fuwa-Fuwa Coat Version/ねんどろいど雪ミクふわふわコートVer.)!

A singing expression, an expression you can't let go from Miku! She comes with a mike and its stand too!

An embarrassed expression and a shovel!

An upset expression? But even Miku looks so cute in this expression! ^^

Ehm, personal comments from me, I think the new design is a great refreshment for Snow Miku since GSC has used a typical design for the two precious Snow Miku. This new design is just lovely! Look at the expressions that they give! The embarrassed expression is too cute to resist and the upset face makes Miku looks even more cute! And oh, I love her clothes design! That blue ribbon with diamond on her head is just cute! Her semi-transparent lower half twin tails are also adorable! And of course her fluffy coat is extremely cute too! ^^

This Nendoroid will be available in Sapporo Snow Festival 2012, Winter Wonder Festival 2012, as well in GSC Online Shop!

And not just invading the Nendoroid Series, this design will also appear in games from SEGA, such as Project Diva Arcade and Project Mirai!

Snow Miku 2012 in Project Diva! Isn't that awesome? This design will appear in Project Diva Arcade starting tomorrow, 19th December 2011!

And here's her appearance in Project Mirai, a game from SEGA designed for Nitendo 3DS platform ^^

The game will be released in 8th March 2012. The game itself is a simulation game where you can make the Nendoroid dance! ^^

And that's not all, this Snow Miku 2012 has also invaded the train in Sapporo!

See that cute Snow Miku 2012 illustration? It's made by Puchi Devil! Here's it is!

There's many picture of Snow Miku 2012, normal Miku, and even other Vocaloid like Rin, Len, and Luka inside the train! ^^

As additional information, the tram will use that design starting from tomorrow, 19th December 2011, until 30th March 2012. The announcement in the train is using Fujita Saki's voice herself! ^^

About the Nendoroid, I'm planning to buy that. How about you guys? ^^
