Hatsune Miku Gets Highest Vote for Wax Figure at Madame Tussauds

As seen on Madame Tussauds Bangkok Facebook page, Hatsune Miku gets the highest vote to be made a wax figure in Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.


So far, she already got more than 6000 votes, beating Super Junior (again) which only got about 3000 votes.

Meanwhile in Japan, Madame Tussauds in Odaiba, Tokyo will be furnished as a full museum on Spring 2012. The museum will be located in Decks Tokyo Beach mall with fully themed areas, Japanese heroes, and some infamous celebrities.

At this moment, a survey is also being held to decided which celebrity to be displayed in the new Madame Tussauds Museum in Tokyo. You can pick your favorite star based on these categories:

  1. World Leaders (ワールドリーダーズ)
  2. Sports (スポーツ)
  3.  Music (ミュージック)
  4. Televison (テレビジョン)
  5. Movie (映画)
  6. Hollywood Party (ハリウッド・パーティー)

Click next until  category 3, Music (ミュージック) then write 初音ミク (Hatsune Miku) in the field. If you still don't get it, take a look at this picture as an example:

And since this survey is being held by Madame Tussauds Tokyo, please submit your vote in Japanese writing only (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji).

After you filled the field, you can submit your contact details (optional) then they'll ask if you want to receive updates about Madame Tussauds Tokyo progress or not. Chose Yes (はい) if you want to receive updates, then click "Done".

    i recently got something not good about miku beat K-pop :(
    most of k-pop fans not happy and do something unfair ( deleted many vocaloid videos on youtube? )

    1. Oh yes, I have heard about the gossip too. About Miku's video in YouTube being deleted by K-Pop fans.

      This gossip isn't accurate but I can't help myself to believe it since the videos started missing after Miku "drowned" Super Junior in a polling. And besides, MOST K-Pop fans are known to be rude. This is still a gossip but somehow it sounds so right ==;

    2. I heard that the infamous 'video deletion' has been stopped, and there were a ton of SAVE MIKU videos added to youtube to help stop it.
